Turner Classic Movies is showing “The Most Significant Political Films of All Time every Friday during the U.S. Presidential election season.
As the presidential politics heats up, TCM presents “Making Change: The Most Significant Political Films of All Time,” featuring politically-themed movies from 1915 to 2016. Every Friday starting September 6 and running through November 1, see up to six classic films involving politics. Each night will have guest presenters.
Included in the series are conspiracy thrillers like Parallax View, Three Days of the Condor, JFK and Manchurian Candidate, and classics like Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, Citizen Kane, and The Best Man.
