REI Trade-In Sale

To get a credit for your gently used REI gear, find your items online and review the trade in value. Trade in items include REI tents, packs, running shoes, boots and jackets. If you want to go ahead with the trade in, fill out the form and take your trade-ins to an REI store, or REI will send you a trade-in kit with a mailing label.

REI Trade In Sale

The Trade In program is online only, not offered in stores. All items must be clean, in good working order, and in sellable condition. Items heavily stained, damaged and/or requiring repair will not receive trade-in credit.

REI Trade In Terms:

We only issue gift cards in exchange for functional used gear that is within the used gear buy-back guidelines. Evaluation of items submitted and determination of trade in value, if any, is up to our discretion. $6 will be deducted from your gift card to pay for shipping costs.
