Amazon Prime Video begins carrying Thursday Night Football this week.
Till now, Thursday Night Football – TNF – has been broadcast only on Fox TV and the NFL Network. Starting October 7, Amazon Prime Video will also carry the game, as a service to all Prime Video subscribers. For the rest of this season, Fox and NFL will continue to carry TNF as well.
Starting in 2022, only Amazon Prime Video will have broadcast rights to TNF.
For the 2021 season, there are 19 TNF games. Fox and Amazon Prime will carry all but eight games; those eight games will be available only on NFL Network.
