Bob Dylan, legendary musician and winner of the 2016 Nobel Prize for Literature, turns 80 on Monday, May 24, 2021, but he isn’t slowing down. Here are his latest activities.
Dylan’s Whiskey Company
One of Dylan’s most recent ventures is the launch of his own whiskey company, Heaven’s Door. The company is taking preorders now for its Master Blenders Edition ($104). You can order at: Heavens Door Whiskey. Not available in all states.

2019 Dylan Documentary on Netflix
In June 2019, Netflix released a pseudo-documentary about Dylan’s 1975-76 Rolling Thunder Revue tour, directed by Martin Scorsese. The film is Rolling Thunder Revue: A Bob Dylan Story by Martin Scorsese. According to Netflix, the film “captures the troubled spirit of America in 1975 and the joyous music that Dylan performed during the fall of that year. Part documentary, part concert film, part fever dream, ‘Rolling Thunder’ is a one of a kind experience, from master filmmaker Martin Scorsese.” You can see a preview below or view the complete film on Netflix.

Bob Dylan Releases JFK Elegy
Bob Dylan has released a 17-minute song about the Kennedy assassination, and provided free streaming to his fans.
On Marcy 27, 2020 Dylan released a new song, “Murder Most Foul,” that is is an elegy about the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy. You can stream it for free from Dylan’s website at https://www.bobdylan.com/news/murder-most-foul-lyrics-on-bobdylan-com/
