Dr. Green is both a board certified neurologist and a registered dietitian. She graduated from medical school with highest honors and developed an interest in neurology and headaches. After completing her preliminary internal medicine internship at Banner Good Samaritan, she moved back to California to attend her neurology residency at the University of California, Irvine. She completed a fellowship in headache medicine at the University of Southern California. Dr. Green then joined the faculty in the department of neurology. She treats her patients with headaches and facial pain from both a traditional medicine and holistic approach. Educating patients on their treatment options and creating a treatment plan that best meets the patients concerns and needs is a priority. As a migraine sufferer herself, she can empathize with her patients. Dr. Green is involved in clinical research trials focusing on migraine.
